Aug 27, 2012 · Noisy Neighbours - did you know that noise nuisance is an issue which should be reported to Swindon Borough Council? Though we are always sympathetic to people who've had to put up with loud parties, barking dogs, stomping feet in the flat above etc, the police no longer have the powers to deal with this sort of problem.
