We book cottages about two or three times a year and this is the first booked through Sykes. The whole process from booking, through to arrival and departure was great. This would have been a five star review apart from some surprisingly bad service received from the customer services team about a potential amendment to our dates.

Dont book with Sykes Cottages. Used Sykes Cottages for the first time and would never use them again. Dirty property, bathroom with leaking taps that flooded the floors, no loo rolls in property, broken kitchen utensils and when reported to Sykes very rude, unhelpful and offered nothing to resolve.

Without exception the accommodation has been superb. In each case we have had dog friendly accommodation but that has not detracted from the quality or cleanliness of the properties and their furnishings. We know that we can rely on the description given fore Sykes cottages and that gives us peace of mind when booking.
