I received the order confirmation two business days later and the confirmation indicated would arrive on the following Monday. Contacted Customer Service via chat on 05/03/19. Was actually told 'we'll make a note of your disappointment'. Be very careful ordering from Talbots. Their express mail service is $18 and is not express at all.
