I used that merchandise card in this year, but last week when I made return, I got nothing, I could not see my money any more. The store manager told me I was the only person complainted this, she is a liar for sure now - I am not the only person who complains this stupid policy. Nov 26, 2019 · While I will continue be a Talbots shopper it was sad to see my boots sold out and I had to waste time ordering a vest. I hope you have plenty of people to work on Friday. You need high school girls just wrapping packages. I will return but was not happy about the time wasted standing around while associate tried to look for items on-line!!

Feb 23, 2012 · I just contacted Talbots today regarding a defective shoulder bag on which the clasps/buckles that attach the strap to the bag have been detaching on their own for about 2 years. I would simply use a pair of pliers to close the gap created. Of course all this first occurred way after the 30 day return policy was up.
