Have spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to resolve Onetel problems. The server went down yesterday. Told they are working on it. Today there customer services (0870 4441820) denied they supported Onetel - then transferred to their email department and told by technical team eventually that they hope to solve the problem within 48 hours.
