Sep 07, 2014 · Since Talktalk took them over we have not had a bill or paid for our internet. I have checked with BT Wholesale and they have confirmed that our ISP is Tiscali.co.uk. I was very surprised as well, especially as so many people claim to be with TalkTalk, and have obscure problems with them on this forum. I tried the so called live chat and got someone with a foreign name who knew nothing about anything as far as I could tell.
