Hello, I had tried booking a ticket on 10-05-2017 in the Irctc Website during Tatkal duration. I had been booking for Shatabdi Mumbai Bharuch. on 2 Tries while payment confirmation the payment was debited from my account but since the tickets were full during the process the same were not booked.
