IMPORTANT INFO: Teavana is a subsidiary of STARBUCKS and that is where I am currently trying to resolve my ordeal. The number is 877-421-9062 for their web orders and they are open 9 to 8 pm Eastern Time.I am actually suspecting system wide fraud at Teavana after seeing the same type of complains as mine all over the web.

Teavana was owned by starbucks and they have amazing benefits so that was a great perk for working here. Unfortunately they often hired management that wasn't familiar with the company instead of from within the company and the culture was very impersonal and competitive which wasn't a good method of selling a calming and personal product.3.7/5(763)

Teavana Staff. The staff at this location is very pushy and very rude. I was working with one individual who was helping me and we were interrupted by a woman who took over and was very obnoxious. There was a tall man with a scarf on his head who was talking loudly and being very unpleasant. He also apparently works there. Stay away!

Review: I received a $100 mall gift card from my employer for 2013 Christmas. I made a small purchase last December at Teavana in the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa WI. The next time I tried to use my gift card, it was nearly depleted. The mall office looked up the transactions and told me that the card was spent almost completely at Teavana.
