IMPORTANT INFO: Teavana is a subsidiary of STARBUCKS and that is where I am currently trying to resolve my ordeal. The number is 877-421-9062 for their web orders and they are open 9 to 8 pm Eastern Time.I am actually suspecting system wide fraud at Teavana after seeing the same type of complains as mine all over the web.

Cons. This is a very sales-driven job, and it is challenging but definitely not impossible to do well if yu are motivated. Teavana has a pretty rigorous training regime which includes role plays, studying from a big company handbook, and 3 tests, and training lasts about 3-4 weeks.4/5
