I see there are a ton of terrible reviews for Teespring, but I have only had good experiences. I have placed two orders with them this year for a total of three items. All were tshirts and sweatshirts. I had a great experience. My items were nice and of good quality. I ordered my last order on December 4th and got it yesterday, December 18th.

Teespring is using bait-and-switch tactics. The pictures of one of the t-shirts I ordered is much better than the screenprinted picture that ended up on the shirt I received (the second shirt ordered had not yet arrived). There was also a stain on the back of the shirt I received, near the bottom.

The print quality however is not always very good. The biggest complaint is the size differences. I get so many complaints that the premium tees and too small and the basic tees are too big after washing.

Mikayla in customer service completely nailed my Teespring experience - it was a little hard to learn how to make campaigns, but once I got the handle on it I felt great, and then when there were problems with printing my image on the samples I ordered, Mikayla did like 4-5 reprints with me across different merch till it was perfect.
