Dec 09, 2014 · So for something minor, like a modem registration problem, that would normally take one phone call and an hour or so for a Rogers customer, would result in a Teksavvy customer calling Teksavvy, Teksavvy submitting a ticket to Rogers, Rogers laughing and sitting on the ticket for 24-48hrs, then pressing the handful of keys required to fix it.

Been with Teksavvy since I started paying my own internet in college 10 years ago. I have no complaints, would never, ever go back to Rogers/Bell. Edit: to be clear, I don't have cable, so I do 100% of my tv/movie watching via streaming and also a healthy amount of video games.

Jan 18, 2017 · The only reason I left Teksavvy was because Start offered Cable on the Cogeco network when Teksavvy wasn't for another few months. Start's customer service is top notch, you literally get someone on the phone within secs of calling in vs Teksavvy where you had to wait a few mins.

Teksavvy is great in theory, it's great when everything works, but they rely on a third party to support the last mile, a third party that only allows them to access their network due being legally required to, which means their not very happy about it. And Teksavvy cuts corners, not paying those third party techs to provide onsite service.
