Dec 09, 2014 · So for something minor, like a modem registration problem, that would normally take one phone call and an hour or so for a Rogers customer, would result in a Teksavvy customer calling Teksavvy, Teksavvy submitting a ticket to Rogers, Rogers laughing and sitting on the ticket for 24-48hrs, then pressing the handful of keys required to fix it.

Been with Teksavvy since I started paying my own internet in college 10 years ago. I have no complaints, would never, ever go back to Rogers/Bell. Edit: to be clear, I don't have cable, so I do 100% of my tv/movie watching via streaming and also a healthy amount of video games.
