Jun 06, 2019 · There are times when the phone will ring ONCE and then dead silence. I send in complaints, they tell me it's being fixed but it never is really fixed. Sometimes they fix it and it works for the next few calls and then I'm right back to the same old crap all over again. This last time I sent in the complaint for it not working was on Sept. 1st.

Feb 28, 2013 · Tel3Advantage is scamming customers in every possible way. Calls to Cuba are at 81.5 cents per minute. Every extra minute is VERY noticeable. If you make 3 minute 20 second call they will charge you for 5 minutes. So far, I made 12 calls, 2 of them did not go thru but Tel3 charged me for those 2 calls at 3 minutes and 2 minutes.

Oct 18, 2007 · Repeated automated calls from 1-877-728-8912, claiming to be "Mary from the Message Center" asking me to call back to discuss "a personal matter." Since these calls were placed to my cellular phone, it is a clear violation of FCC regulations, as well as the do not call list. Filed a complaint form 1088G with the FCC, but don't expect much.
