On the 19/02/2020 i called telkom customer service to complain about their slow almost non -functional internet service. An agent named Phumla Vilakazi was helping me, i told her my complaint and she asked me to hold the line (15 min) while she went to check something only to come back and confirm that i had enough data i shouldn't be experiencing any problems.1.4/5(89.5K)

I implore every telkom customer to regularly check their invoices as I just did to find out I'm being incorrectly billed, the amount agreed to on my application and the amount they've been billing me for the past 6 months are different, I've logged a query with them and their 48 hour turnaround time is a lie.
