You need to configure an outgoing rate limit on Postfix for all Yahoo domains, because obviously Yahoo dislikes your speed/level of concurrency and your MTA is always triggering some type of anti spam defense mechanism due to that.

yahoo keeps reputation data for domain names, and once a domain/url is blacklisted (due to user complaints) you will get "451 - temporary deferred [70]" all the time. use URIBL or SURBL to check the status of your domain names, and if they are blacklisted make sure you resolve their status.
