Someone that knows his way around the county courthouse and District Attorneys office and has had a practice for awhile. if you ever get charged with a criminal complaint involving a firearm or anything else it would serve your best interest to have an attorney that knows the Judge, JP, magistrate or DA.

May 01, 2017 · As for Texas Law Shield, they have a class action lawsuit against them. They are more a type of prepaid legal service using their own lawyers. From what I’ve read, THEY determine whether your act was justified or not, and if they don’t think it was, they don’t have to defend you.
