I bought an Opatra dermineck in late march 2018 from TJC jewellery channel,paid £250, but a few weeks later they were selling it again at £199, when I rang to complain they said they never had sold it at £199, liers! don't trust them. I have been shopping with The Jewellery Channel for years and have found the company to be excellent. Deliveries are fast. Returns are refunded quickly and they email when they receive returns. On one occasion I bought a low priced cz silver ring and one of the stones dropped out.

Their jewellery is great and prices good but their admin and refunds are appaulling! Yet again I am chasing a duplicate order put through by phone twice taking £166 twice budget pay and phone them daily as they make every excuse under the sun as to why both items only 1 sent show as despatched even though they agree only 1 has been.

I have bought some decent jewellery from this channel but recently bought a Royal Bali pendant ,it was cheap and tacky wouldn’t even put it round my neck the bale wasn’t strong enough to hold a chain so it’s all wrapped up ready to return just hope I get my refund : It’s getting to be cheap tacky station compared to what it used to be .
