Pool and Spa depot BG has has two cust service people that should be educated as to what customer service means one having been there for 17yrs. The Mgr Lucky is a great guy if you are fortunate. Enough to be able to work with him he bends over backwards to be of help but unfortunately everyone knows this and he is spread very thin.3/5(51)

Aug 06, 2010 · I ordered a replacement cover for my hot tub. After submitting my dimensions, The Spa Depot called and asked me to furnish interior spa dimensions so they could "clarify the rounded corner dimensions." Little did I know, they made my spa cover using the new interior dimensions, which obviously are way too small, and didn't even call to confirm.

I was never warned this could be a problem. I had to get a pool guy in the first place because Pool and Spa Depot spent about 5 minutes teaching me to use the pump and clean the pool so I have no idea how to do it myself! Overall, Pool and Spa depot let too many things fall through the cracks in the purchase and install process.
