mobile ticket not working. The bar code on the mobile ticket wouldn't load when we got to the front of the queue at the venue. We had to re-queue at the box office to prove we had purchased tickets which wasn't the idea of using a mobile ticket, so not sure I would be keen to use a mobile ticket again!

Disgrace of a company. Classic ticket seller scam, waited in queue for tickets as soon as the waiting room opened 30 mins before the sale time. Once they went up for sale, sat in queue for around 5 mins then given a message saying there were no longer tickets on sale and check back later.
