Paid £10 to have small item delivered on a specific day, took time off work to accommodate. Received an email after delivery time passed to advise they were not going to deliver. Tried calling, automated voicemail advised it was busy and I should email instead. Terrible service. Update: Delivery arrived today but two hours after expected.

My delivery tracking has been saying my package is at number 1 since this morning. Would have been nice to let me know there is an issue with the tracking system or that my package is delayed. I now need to rearrange the delivery after wasting half the day off work.

Imagine waiting for a passport and paying extra to lock in a delivery date. The passport was attempted for delivery on the wrong day. Scheduled for the right day at extra cost. DX sent a txt saying it could not be delivered - with no explanation, and getting to a human is impossible. Google DX complaints if you want to speak with someone.

I was given the number 0871 389 1000 by the passport office and found 0800 019 7847 on here. I rang it Tuesday morning and got straight through to a very helpful man, who quickly told me my new passport would be delivered the next day.

Jul 29, 2010 · I remember a thing on Watchdog a couple of months ago I believe, were a lot of people had not received their passports. When the passport service was confronted with the evidence the response was to supply a photo of the front of the house that the passport should have gone to and say that this was proof of correct delivery, they didnt seem to care.
