Feb 13, 2020 · Although it looks like they have responded to all customer complaints, most of which described damage to the spa during shipment or components that needed to be replaced under warranty, many customers reported not receiving a satisfactory response to their problem. Given the cost of the spas, this could be an expensive hassle.

I purchased a Thermospa in August of 2003, it was delivered 10/31/03. Since then major component have been replaced, such as motors,control panels, water tubing, heaters, manifolds, Ozonators. The unit would shut off during use, and shut off during a cold Chicago winter.

If there are many complaints, I would say that product doesn't do what the salesperson claims it does.
