had a holiday booked with thomas cook-complained that the hotel we had did not have the spa facilities for 2 days of our week long holiday- also was noisy with children when we were advised by them that it was not necessary to book adult only accommodation- was offered a pathetic £50 voucher as compensation-will not use them again- said they would send me a form to complain, and never did.

My holiday to Cuba was totally ruined when I was food poisoned on a Thomas Cook holiday. I was bed bound, had numerous injections in buttocks and terrible customer service! Then when I returned home Thomas Cook offered me £70 and would not in any circumstances increase that. I was disgusted and never took a penny as I am a man of morals.

Feb 21, 2010 · I've has an open complaint with Thomas Cook for 5 months now (I won't bore you with the details) but I just can't get a responsefrom them. Ive sent numerous emails and letters to their customer relations department and all I get is a standard reply email saying, we are looking into your complaint and will respond soon.
