hi, i didnt realize that the co op and thomas cook were the same, until now! when getting to india, the hotel which i had chosen and paid for, had no booking for me. 7 hours i had to sit and wait because of the time difference until someone in head office could answer my phone at £1.50 a minute. eventually they stuck me in a crappy travel lodge for indians, yuk!
