I spent over 3 hours on hold in 3 days - on hold for 45min to 1 hour on 800-331-6483 and 407-393-5862 (For Customer Service Assistance On Existing Orders).

We used tickets at work last year for tickets at LEGOLAND in Fl, and some other places and didn't have any issues at all. We actually booked our San Diego hotel through tickets at work and we called to see what the policy was if we had to cancel for any reason and they were very great. We called them last year about something and there were no customer service issues.
