It's a lottery, make sure you read the agreements before you purchase. They charged me the money for the ticket but then they couldn't get me the booking... I had to wait til the next morning and call them so they could give me the money back since there was no ticket booked for me.

Look at the dates of the original reviews, then the dates of the upgraded reviews - it's taking weeks for these customers to get their needs met! And these are customers posting bad reviews/complaints - I can only imagine that there must be many more people whose complaints don't ever get resolved because they haven't taken them to a public forum.
