Re-sellers such Tiger Direct should stand behind those products they Rep and take an active role in resolving issues on the products they sell you. The products i got are good. The products i got are good. My problem is the 3 weeks waiting for them. Also the phone calls from there repersentitives asking if it was for my own personal use or if it was for a business 2 times a day for 2 weeks was unacceptable.
