My requirement was to migrate my broadband connection to a new location, since I was moving out of my current location, and had called the Tikona customer care to get this sorted. The staff member on the other end assisted me though the entire process and was patient enough with my queries. Grateful that I chose tikona broadband!

I had taken the internet connection from Tikona for two months in the month of June 2016, I had clearly mentioned two months pre-paid connection by paying 2500 Rs. It is very frustrating that in stead of refund of the security amount, tikona is demanding for the period of non availability of the service.
