As seller was a new Ebayer he said to lets give it one last try - I stupidly agreed! When the TNT driver arrived I walked out to the van and refused it even before it touched the ground - the item had been absolutely wrecked again. Jun 07, 2019 · Finally seemed to get somewhere yesterday. After speaking with TNT on Facebook and making multiple phone calls, we arranged to collect from the Edinburgh depot this morning only to find that it's not even there! I contacted TNT today again to be told it will be on its way up to Edinburgh tonight - the same thing we've been told for the last week!7.2/10(33)

TNT UK reported this review for breach of Trustpilot guidelines. ... They claimed that the driver had attempted to deliver the package at 11 am and left a calling card. That is a lie because I had positioned my desk to oversee the entrance of our apartment block. Plus there is no calling card to be seen.

By the time the driver already GONE! I was standing there for about 5 minutes like an idiot cause I thought the driver may just went to move his car. Jan 30, 2020 · I was a driver at TNT for a couple of years. The pay was quite good, although the hours are long. Not unusual to work 12 hour days. Management often has a hard time seeing things from the drivers' point of view. But if you do the right thing they will generally listen to you. They never try to intimidate their drivers and were very approachable.4/4
