This is a complaint about Toner Pirates. I purchased two laser cartridges for my HP Laserjet 2420. They were not usable, as they had no chips on them, which is required by the hardware in the printer. These scurvy scallywags will lie and say they are representing us (or Marco, Loffler or one of the other local copier dealers). Other times they'll claim to be from a national toner supplier.
