Absolutely shocking treatment by Topcashback. I joined around Black Friday. I made two transactions: Tastecard and Gourmet Society. Both were promoted as "free cashback". My account got suspended without a word of any warning or any attempt at communicating with me. According to Topcashback, my transactions were not unique and suspicious!

In case of unlikely problem with a tracking, those sites request order details and post commission very quickly. TopCashBack is a different story. They keep buyers` commission received from merchants and blame the merchants from not giving the commission. The internet has many complaints similar to mine.

Outright fraud by Topcashback. Topcashback denied payout for a purchase I made several months ago because the retailer declared bankruptcy and announced their intention to close. Seems like an unfortunate situation that’s out of their hands, right? Wrong. The store hasn’t closed yet and Topcashback is still promoting cashback for this business!
