I purchased a home from TopSider to be built in the same state where they manufacture the homes. I paid fully in March of 2018 and have yet to have my house completed. The house had to be re-engineered before a permit in Sep of 2018 would be issued although TopSider assured me they had built up and down the coast.4.3/5(86)
