Travel by Jen is nor responsible for their customers at all. And they make our penalty money when the trip is canceled not due to customer's fault. Travel by Jen does not care. If it did, these complaints would have been heard long ago. We have complained and contacted Travel by Jen . They are just uncaring. We paid for a excursion in Costa Rica but had no way to get to the area. We asked for a refund but no one responded. Proves they do not care.

And being a travel agent is a difficult job; you're going to deal with a lot of people who don't understand the industry at all and are unhappy with the way things go -- often when it's not your fault at all. But that doesn't excuse your flagrant exaggerations and snotty attitude.

i just got back from costa rica, and i used travel by jen. it was great! they took care of the 3 hotels we stayed at (we were very happy with each one!) as well as the RT flight and the car rental and the GPS. it was almost a a no-brainer. i would highly recommend, and i would use them again for another excursion.
