Interestingly Thomas Cook are still selling the same holiday on their website but its via their Flexible Trips platform, but you do not find that out to near the end of the online booking process and if you are not careful you could miss it. R Stephen

My holiday to Cuba was totally ruined when I was food poisoned on a Thomas Cook holiday. I was bed bound, had numerous injections in buttocks and terrible customer service! Then when I returned home Thomas Cook offered me £70 and would not in any circumstances increase that. I was disgusted and never took a penny as I am a man of morals.

Have had a holiday to Maderia cancelled by Thomas Cook, firstly was told it was a problem with flights then the whole winter schedule to Maderia was cancelled. The store in Rutherglen said it was out of their hands, it was down to the "operations department".
