The company is an outright scam artist and you should contact your State's Attorney Generals office and file a formal written complaint. Do a search on these forums for Travelcomm and you'll find a host of information regarding this outfit, almost none of it good.

Yes, TravelComm is a scam and fortunately for us it worked out fine but I will never use them again. We stayed at the Laguna Suites which is a marketing hotel for the Sunset properties. It is a secluded hotel (48 units) with excellent food (menu each meal) and the ambience is wonderful.

General and sent certified mail to I.R.R., CCing the Dept of Agric. and Atty General, listing all of their aliases and citing Florida Travel Laws in my letter.

Also to help you in your dispute claim with your credit card company you can also add that you never booked your vacation package through Mexico Vacations (the company that also charged me), but through Cheapticketscancun, so you never had a contract or agreement with the charging company.

They offer 5 night AI in Cancun for $299 ($199 < 13). The catch is that you have to be able to select various dates and whichever property they have available.4/4
