Lots of people with TravelZoo vouchers we ended up sat what seemed to be an overspill area not as cosy as the other areas & it was not very clear how our experience would pan out communication none existent nobody explaining what would happen but once it did the drinks, food & drink was great value.

I contacted Travelzoo customer relations, who confirmed the information and told me my refund would be credited back to my credit card in 7-10 business days. I waited the appropriate time, but no refund was forthcoming. I called Travelzoo relations again, and was told they needed my mailing address so they could mail the refund check to me.
