Jan 11, 2011 · The Texas Real Estate Commission allows convicted FELON Casi Fricks license #592712 to have a Real Estate License in Texas.. Casi Fricks apparently lied on her application to obtain a license. I suspect she did not put her maiden name on her application "Casi Gale Whietli" and was able to slip through the system.
