When I called TSL to complain, I was told I could not get my money back and that the bad leads could only be replaced by more bad leads. Jennifer (who seems to do everything) will not let you talk to any supervisors/owners and is very rude. This company is a complete scam.

Every legitimate business accepts credit cards - which you first must be approved as a merchant. It means submitting bank records, business records, credit check, etc...
