On February 27th 2008, I was awarded a $5000 judgment against Joe Nastasi dba The Tub Factory in 3rd District Court Huntington for defective workmanship and material and defaulting on a product warranty for a whirlpool tub. The tub which was warranted for 10 years, sprung a 30" crack after 3 years and dumped 90 gallons of water through the ceiling.
