Good luck with them if your TV arrives with a cracked screen as they are reluctant to help you. The TV manufacturers won't help you either if your TV starts to get problems down the road as TV Super Stores is not an authorized TV dealer, they're just one of those shady TV stores in NY which are a dime and dozen over there.
