I received a TxTag invoice for account# 366387084 on 9/18/18. This is the first notice I received and it shows I owed $7.45. Broken down it's for $2.30 that only shows "previous amount due" and $1.15 "mailing fee" and $4.00 "late fee". The same invoice says to visit "TxTag.org" to pay online or ask questions about an invoice.

Dec 30, 2013 · So it appears TxTag is trying to scam me out of $20, refuses to take any calls or email or contact via their website, and is going to damage my credit by giving this to a collection agency even though I've paid the bill and actually have a surplus amount in my account with them. This is a joke of an agency and it should be shut down immediately.

I contacted NTTA to inform them in late December 2018 that I needed a new toll tag because I had to replace my windshield. I was told no worries. Just call us so that we can adjust your bill as soon as you get in the mail. I received my invoice 01/28/19 and the billing period ended on 01/23/19.
