SCAM This place is a total rip off. I bought a so called 9' tree and got a stick with a couple branches on it. It showed no signs of growth the first spring so I called ty ty and told them, they said Wait till next spring so I asked that they put it in the system that I had called so that my warranty would still be good if it did not grow they said they would.2/5(112)

I'm going to be out $99.75 because their process for returning a dead tree is ridiculous! I admit I was aware of the return policy, but had no reason to believe we wouldn't have a flourishing tree by now. We were thinking of cutting up the tree and sending it in a little box back to Aaron's Nursery but we don't want to spend another dime on it.
