Oct 06, 2013 · Wanted to get comcast but my apartment complex only allowed U-verse. Their customer service has been great. I have little to complain about. No outages so far. The only issue with U-verse is that their cost is insanely high. Probably because I'm on a month-to-month contract. I'm paying 58 for a 12mbps service, which is way too high for what it is.
