Oct 17, 2018 · I will never use Uber again. Zero Customer Service! I was double charged on two credit cards for the same ride over 2 months ago. I have attempted to resolve it with Uber (good luck with that if you ever have a problem with Uber) however there is no way to talk to an actual person and in their opinion, all issues can be resolved by simply clicking on the ‘Help’ button in the app.
