The overall experience was wonderful …Santa’s Lapland staying in the Star Arctic Hotel. The overall experience was wonderful and the staff at Santa’s Lapland were all amazing and can’t be praised enough. I’d have given 5 stars but the Star Arctic Hotel was awful; a real disappointment .
