Feb 13, 2012 · I received a UKCPS Parking Notice Charge when I parked in a retail car park but left the site. 3 hours free parking is allowed, presumably if you visit the shops in the retail park, and I returned well within that time. The charge is £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days (today).

Dec 24, 2019 · Anyway, in January I got a letter from my lease company informing me that they had paid a £60 fine submitted by UKCPS (United Kingdom Car Parking Solutions). I was spitting feathers (this is another one of the things that can create stress in this job) because I hadn’t done anything wrong.

Help, I received a UKCPS Parking Ticket! Isn’t ironic that Parking Charges are called fines? Because it isn’t fine, usually it’s grossly unfair and the amount you’re asked to pay is always excessive compared to the number of minutes that you overstayed.

Got a £60 parking ticket which said I parked in a disabled bay with no valid badge displayed,on the lay-bys on Edinburgh Way, Rochdale.Yet there were no markings on the lay-bys,or signs to show that this was a disabled bay.I have appealed.This is a most unfair and underhanded thing to do, and I think they should change their name to Dick Turpin enterprises.

The Parking Prankster has learned that parking operator UKCPS has been handing out fake POPLA codes. This is apparently a cynical move on UKCPS's part - handing out a fake POPLA code will mean it will be rejected by POPLA and may then mean a valid appeal cannot be lodged within the timescale or that the motorist will simply give up.Author: Parking Prankster

Hi, I have been issued with a parking ticket by UKCPS nearly two weeks ago for parking in a disabled bay with two week year old twins as all the parent an toddler spaces were full. I was there for Literally 10 minutes. I was so upset and annoyed I stupidly tried to appeal using the email address on the ticket.

Mar 11, 2015 · Just got home to find a nice letter from UKCPS. Essentially, further to their letter of 28 days ago, my fine was being increased to £100. Err, what letter 28 days ago? Looking at this letter, it correctly had my name, car registration, illegally parked at a place that I had never been to, at a time when I was actually preparing for bed.

Depending on the response from UKCPS I might try sticking a notice up in the lobby asking anyone who got a ticket to get in touch and see how they have got on. Any notices people have stuck up previously regarding group complaints to RMG's lack of maintenance service etc generally get taken down as soon as they are seen so not sure how that ...
