Through my former employer, I had an HSA account with UMB Bank. When I left my job, my UMB Health Savings account balance was $3001.88. Subsequently, UMB enacted a policy that accounts with a balance LESS THAN $3000 would be subject to a monthly $2.50 fee. As my account balance was over $3000, I did not move or transfer my account.
