In the USA Today under an article on train travel, we found Uncommon Journeys which apparently is a Tour Group that uses rail/bus. Last week, we completed a "Wonders of the West" tour which had a fabulous brochure using the words "fully hosted from start to finish by professional tour manager that handles all the details".
