My name is Vedansh Bhardwaj. I participated in UPTU counselling 2018, AND UP is my HOME STATE. There is a separate rank list for Home State candidates but the seat I got in UPTU counselling (ROUND 1) is given under all India quota which should actually be given under the Home State quota.
