Urban Nation may be a poorly run organization, and they may have a few bad apple salespersons, but my magazines eventually did arrive. Like many who have commented here, I was impressed with the salesperson and I purchased 2 subscriptions, even though I was uneasy about it. 120 days came and went, so I left a complaint message on their phone system (which no one ever answers).
