Feb 22, 2018 · I will not have another lease. US Bank is the worst leasing institution is have ever had to deal with. You call them and they lie to you on the phone. Normal wear and tear becomes items become exesssive wear $311 and $395 turn in fee. I am having the insurance company replace the windshield on the lease car (lexus RX330).

Feb 23, 2018 · I assumed a US Bank lease on a car in 2015. To begin with, their online payment system is terrible. If you log on prior to the payment due date, the website shows $0 due. There is no option to schedule automatic payments.

My husbands former employer leased a car for us. The employer paid the lease until my husband left that job and we moved out of state. Then we took over the lease payments. We decided to pay off the lease early because we had the cash and do not like being in debt. We first called U.S. Bank leasing on October 28th, 2010 about paying off this lease.
